I relocated to Franklin, TN with 30 years of professional salon experience in 2011; 19 years as owner of Alisa’s Hair Studio in Clarence, NY.

After working for two years in Cool Springs, I began a new adventure as owner of Shear Excellence Salon.

I have a true passion for hair design, specializing in cutting and color that enhances each guests’ unique beauty.

I keep current with the salon industry through advanced training. Including Vidal Sassoon, Redken, Aveda, Goldwell and Nexxus.

I listen to my guests’ needs, and provide a thorough consultation. I believe this is one of the keys to my success.
